Customer Service Representative
Full Time
Salary : $45k-$55k
Abilities required for this role
- Previous customer service
- A customer first attitude and high level of empathy towards clients
- The ability to learn a new industry
- Excellent computer skills with MS Word & Excel
- Self-motivation
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Fluent in Chinese is preferable but not compulsory.
Daily tasks
- Manage customer enquiries and build strong relationships with customers
- Customer service over the phone and email
- Provide after sales support and perform general administrative activities including data entry, mailing, invoicing, filing.
- Post-production tracking, reporting and follow-ups.
- Organise meetings for clients and photographers.
- Process improvement
- Monday – Friday 10.00am – 6.00pm
