If you’re feeling anxious or worried during this difficult time, you’re not alone. Here’s how online Yoga sessions can help.

Through this online yoga class, we will attempt to soothe anxiety through a grounding practice that will help you calm your mind and let go of the unwanted tension in your body.

We will start with a few deep breaths and meditation, then move on to some sequences of basic yoga poses and finish with relaxing Savasana.
